I will post from time to time on allegations of BBC bias, because they have a direct relationship to three chapters planned for the book, on Hutton, News and the BBC's 'internal culture'. Reference here does not necessarily mean agreement with the allegations, just that I think there is a debate to be had.
Melanie Phillips takes issue with a John Humphrys interview on the reporting of Iraq today, which I didn't hear. See this also.
The Media Guardian suggests that the BBC is back-pedalling on the 'Bush: God ordered me' story. I only watched ITN last night.
The Biased-BBC site, which I link to, can often be over-zealous and obsessional about BBC bias - and more interested in pro-European, pro liberal-left bias or omission than other kinds - but they point up more on this via two other blogs. They also link to the original BBC press release and the latest BBC news story.
Anyone, inside or outside the BBC, with views on these things?
